Who we are
This website is operated by Ryan Anderson, trading as Leveraged Pathways Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). The site address is https://ryanand.com. You can reach us at hello@ryanand.com.
This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use this website. It is not legal advice.
What this site is
ryanand.com is a static marketing site. It has no user accounts, comments, logins, file uploads, or local form-submission endpoint. We do not run first-party analytics on this site.
What we collect
We do not collect personal information through this website itself, except when you choose to contact us.
If you email hello@ryanand.com, we receive whatever you include in that message, typically your email address and the content of the email.
Contact and discovery-call forms
The contact page embeds a form hosted by Tally. If you submit it, Tally collects the fields on that form (name, email, and message) and sends a notification to hello@ryanand.com, with your email set as Reply-To. CAPTCHA may run as part of that form. Tally’s handling of submissions is described in Tally’s privacy policy.
The discovery-call link on the contact page opens a form hosted by Fillout. If you use that form, Fillout collects the information you enter there. That collection happens on Fillout’s site, under Fillout’s privacy policy.
We use the information you send so we can reply, consider a consulting enquiry, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it.
Cookies
This website does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies.
The Tally embed on the contact page may set cookies or use similar storage as part of displaying and submitting the form. If you follow the Fillout discovery-call link, Fillout may set cookies on its own domain. Those cookies are controlled by those providers.
Your browser may also store a small amount of technical data required to load the page (for example cache entries for fonts and assets). That is normal browser behaviour, not something we read back.
Third-party services
When you use this site you may load or visit:
- Hosting and delivery of the static site (Vercel or another host we configure)
- Tally, for the contact form
- Fillout, if you open the discovery-call form
- External sites we link to, including FieldEdge, OpenRecovery, and DE.Me
Those services have their own privacy policies. Embedded or linked content behaves as if you visited that service directly.
How long we keep data
Email and form enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond, run the consultancy, and meet legal, tax, or dispute-related obligations. We then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.
We do not operate user accounts on this website, so there is no profile for you to edit here.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where it applies, you may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose.
To make a request, email hello@ryanand.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you may complain to us first. You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. This version is dated 9 September 2026.
